Cruised into Mississippi on Saturday - love those Gulf Coast breezes, but storm clouds were gathering!

You can see them above the handsome hunk of metal who caught my eye. Va-Va-Va-Boom indeed!

Mississippi Federation of Republican Women President Dana Stringer planned lots of exciting dates for me. Unfortunately, the weather was less than cooperative.

The Republican Women of Simpson County and their friends weathered the storm to greet me at Barry's Seafood. Of course, everyone was soaked, but didn't dampen our spirits. We had a great time!

That's me at the Covington County Courthouse in Collins! We ended up being rained out, but President Dana made it!

It was blue skies and sunshine when we arrived in Gulfport, with a wonderful crowd to greet us, along with reporters from WXXV and WLOX. Watch me on TV here and here.

Snuck in a lunch at the famous Mary Mahoney's. The Biloxi restaurant is in an old French house that predates the American Revolution by three decades. I join a strong lineup of famous visitors, including President Reagan.

Wrapped up my tour of Alabama with a stop in Pascagoula, with the Jackson County Republican Women.

Among those joining me were National Committeewoman Jeannie Luckey and members of the Jackson County Sheriff's Department, who freshened up my "Blue Lives Matter" autograph. Check out all my latest autographs (theirs are the first two)!
